The Dan Patrick Show features interviews with newsmakers and celebrities, appearances by ESPN commentators, reporters and analysts, and a breakdown of the day's hot topics. Dan Patrick joined ESPN in March 1989 and has been a frequent contributor to ESPN Radio since the network's January 1, 1992 launch.

In addition to his radio show, Patrick maintains his commitment to television, continuing to anchor SportsCenter. Additionally, he writes "Outtakes", ESPN The Magazine's most popular page, featuring a no-holds-barred question and answer interview with the sports world's most interesting figures. He is also the primary host of ESPN Sports Century, a weekly series counting the 50 greatest North American athletes of the 20th century.
