The Quality Health Rights Program
was established in 2000 to help consumers navigate the healthcare
delivery system in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Many
of the issues patients face are national in scope. It is not our
intention to replicate information available through other educational
or advocacy efforts.
It
is our intent to assist local consumers seeking information and
to provide helpful tools through this Web site, group presentations
and phone contact with our staff and volunteer counselors.
Information
learned from our callers will help us to refine our services and
will be used to advocate for improvement in our local health systems.
The
Quality Health Rights Program is a service of Palm Beach
County Medical Society Services, Inc. (PBCMSS) a 501 (c)3 organization.
