Board
of Directors
After
performing eleven years of in vitro research, safety and toxicity
studies, and clinical trials, in August of 1999, a company was founded
by Stephen D. Herman, M.D. to commercialize Alphamir™ and
numerous other Trioxolane derivatives.
Steve Herman, MD and James Herman collectively held the proprietary
rights to several patents relating to oxygenation technologies and
uses, including the patent for the key ingredient in its ethical
drugs, the medicinal agent Trioxolane. Since
forming Immune Technologies all
rights have been legally transferred exclusively to Immune
Technologies to include all marketing, sales, distribution,
and manufacturing disciplines. The
Company has a laboratory and chemical manufacturing facility sufficient
to meet its initial manufacturing requirements.
The Company has located additional facilities in Ohio to
accommodate the expected surge of new demand.

Whitney Aircraft Group in order to meet Air Force customer service requirements.
As a technically sound and productive organization, he received
the award for "Best Technical Review" from the customer. Achievements were achieved through:
A quotation system for contract bidding, contract project accounting,
performance measurement, spare parts order tracking and sales ordering,
manufacturing and administrative applications which yielded $5.4
million saved annually.
He
developed the five year revenue plan as a direct report to the chairman
of the NYSE He wrote and published a book for the NYSE for internal
use concerning Post Trade Functions which addressed the clearance
and settlement of trades on the “street”.
Implemented continuous net settlement (CNS) for trades and
helped form the Depository Trust Corporation established for the
electronic transfer of securities.
He
established a manufacturing data systems division as a subsidiary
for the Grumman Corporation and worked in the elite preliminary
design group on the designs of advanced aircraft and rocket technology
for the Department of Defense. He sold system services to commercial
accounts and as an aerospace engineer, developed a portion of the
reaction control system for the Lunar Module (LM) for N.A.S.A. and
operated from the project office as agent for project reporting
to NASA

D. Herman, MD – Executive Vice President
Since 1983 Dr. Herman has devoted his
life to researching prevention and treatment of cancer and AIDS. Dr. Herman is the inventor and a
principal researcher of the products and technology of Immune Technologies.
Dr. Herman has issued several patents in the field of medical
research including:
“The Method for Treating Viral Infection
of AIDS, Antiviral Pharmaceutical Compounds Comprising a Terpene
Ozonide, Insecticidal and Repellant Compositions, Ozonides of Terpenes
and their medical uses, Method for Treating Viral Infection Using
Topical Administration, Antiviral Composition, Method for Treating
Viral Infection Parenterally and Method of Treating a Systemic Disorder
using Trioxolane and Diperoxide Compounds.”
Dr.
Herman’s professional career commenced with a B.A. degree from the
University of California at Los Angeles in 1957.
He received his MD from the University of Southern California
(USC) in 1961. His
Rotating Internship was at Gorgas Hospital, Panama Canal Zone; and
his Residency in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, at USC, 1962-1966. He became Board certified in Radiology
and Nuclear Medicine in 1966. He served as Lt. Commander in the
U.S. Navy and was active in private practice from 1968 through 1983.
Mr. James
Herman received his BS in Chemistry from the University of California
at Irvine, California, in 1982.
Since then Mr. Herman has held positions with Parker Hannifin
Corporation, performing chemical analysis to diagnose hydraulic
servo failure on Fa18 aircraft, Sikorsky Blackhawk’s, and Space
Shuttle landing gear. He assisted in developing nonflammable hydraulic
fluids for military applications.
His next
position was with the Laser Precision Corporation as a senior research
and development chemist. His primary objectives were to design hyphenated
analytical instrumentation used in forensic analysis. From this
experience he was requested to assist and instruct the F.B.I. and
the D.E.A. at the F.B.I academy in Quantico, Virginia.
Following
this, he accepted a position with Midwest Analytical Laboratories
as director of the molecular spectroscopy laboratory. Mr. Herman has authored numerous
research papers related to the above, and has developed the manufacturing
technology process relating to Immune Technologies proprietary products
and assisted in formulating the Company’s product line.
Immune
Technologies
is highly dependent upon the principal members of
its management and technological staff; the ability to attract additional
support staff, the loss of whose services might impede product launches
and/or the attainment of strategic objectives.
The Company’s success will depend on its ability to obtain
proper funding needed to launch the distribution of it’s treatments
to Africa and to stay ahead of the competition.
Future
Patents and Registrations to be filed
The Company
has plans for several more patent applications.
There is no assurance that patents will be granted, or if granted,
that they will afford any meaningful protection.
