Andrew R. Friedman was born August 13, 1956 in Hartsdale, New York; admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984 and the Kentucky Bar in 1998. Mr. Friedman graduated from New England School of Law (J.D., 1984) and Columbia University (B.A., 1978). Mr. Friedman is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum Committee on Franchising, the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Business Law Section of the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Fayette County Bar Association. Mr. Friedman is a frequent lecturer at the Lexington Area Small Business Development Center. Mr. Friedman’s practice areas include: business law; franchising; licensing; distribution, contract drafting and negotiation; and mergers and acquisitions. Ronald N. Rosenwasser graduated from the University of Florida School of Law with Honors, and the University of Florida School of Accounting with honors. Mr. Rosenwasser is a former Florida Certified Public Accountant. He has lectured and written extensively on business topics, including distribution, dealerships, franchising, licensing, business opportunities and joint ventures. Mr. Rosenwasser has served as Chairman of the Florida Bar's Franchise Law Committee and as a member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Business Law Section. He is a founder of the Franchise Law Committee. Mr. Rosenwasser's other affiliations include the American Bar Association Sections on Business Law, Science and Technology, and Antitrust, the International Trademark Association, and International Bar Association. Mr. Rosenwasser's experience and expertise include business formation and structuring, business purchase and sales, business contracts, licensing and distribution, partnerships, technology issues, intellectual property protection, antitrust and finance. Keith A. Goldbaum graduated from the University of Michigan with Honors and the Detroit College of Law. He is licensed to practice law both in Michigan and Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. GOldbaum served as a law clerk for Circuit Court Judge Irwin Burdick and clerked for the United States Magistrates Office. He has delivered presentations throughout the country on the topics of business growth and dispute resolution. Mr. Goldbaum's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. He has successfully represented and continues to represent LCI International Telecom Corp., Seta Corporation, Consultis and other public and private companies in various complex litigation matters including commercial, class action and international litigation. Mr. Goldbaum is a member of the American Bar Association, the Southern Palm Beach County Bar Association, Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and has served as a Director of the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of South Palm Beach since 1988 and has served on the JCC Executive Committee since 1990.
