BIOGRAPHY OF LORI DUNFORD

Lori Dunford is a career and communcation coach, behavioral change consultant, and professional speaker. She is the founder of Corporate Consulting and Coaching, Inc. Group, Inc., a firm and that coaches and develops all levels of employees and is dedicated to helping organizations achieve increased productivity.

Lori has 20 years of experience as a behavioral change professional working with a variety of individuals and organizations. She received her graduate degree from the University of Virginia. Her experience includes 14 years in practice as a psychotherapist. In that capacity, she identified problems, offered direction and solutions, and facilitated behavioral change.

She has extensive experience and training in the use of assessment tools that reveal personality preferences, work behavioral styles, career planning, communication skills, conflict resolution, team building, and stress management.

Lori has consulted with many businesses and organizations on both a local and national level. She is a dynamic speaker who has lectured and made presentations before many reputable businesses, including AT&T, BellSouth, Washington Mutual Bank, as well as executives, attorneys, and other professionals. Lori has also been a guest speaker at a variety of national conventions for hundreds of professionals who are learning effective communication and behavioral change strategies.

As an effective coach, Lori has successfully guided and directed those who are pursuing advancement in their organizations or fields, as well as those who are experiencing career derailment.
