How It Works

At Capstone Mortgage and Financial Services we do our best to keep the funding process as simple and free of red tape as possible.

Whether you are financing a home, seeking business funding or trying to finance a project in another country, we will assist you with every aspect of your application and funding search.

Here are the steps in the loan process:

• Contact Capstone Mortgage to discuss your individual situation
by calling our office or complete the pre-qualification form on-line.

• One of our loan officers will contact you to assess your situation
     and determine your financial goals. It will be beneficial for you
     to have a copy of your credit report so that we can discuss your
     credit history and determine the program that is best suited for you.
     You can request a copy of your credit report by clicking here.

• Based on the information collected and your credit report, your
financial advisor will recommend programs and/or options that
best suit your financial goals.

• Your financial advisor will request financial documents at this point
and if you are applying for a mortgage, will set an appointment for
an appraiser to meet you and assess the value of your home.

• Upon completion of your application and assessment of your
     property, your financial advisor will notify you when your funding
     has been approved. At this time an appointment will be
     scheduled to sign the contract and other documents necessary.

How often have you heard people complain about their circumstances, they don't like their job, they don't like their relationships, they haven't got enough money, and so on and so on.
